This place can suck my balls
Lived here for 2 years. Got bought out by different companies/management 3 times. First owned by Don Schwartz, then Guardian Property Management, and now Lion Rock properties. Overpriced rent, and rent going up due to the switching of management. Inattentive staff. Laundry room break-ins constantly the first year. Nothing was fixed up or painted upon moving in. Can't wait to move out.
