Honestly would never leave a review like this but I’m beyond frustrated. I received gel x nails and not even 3 days later all of them popped off. I contacted the nail tech and let her know they all fell off and I wasn’t happy. They offered a repair or gel manicure but I didn’t feel comfortable getting that done if my gel x nails didn’t even last 3 days. I asked for a refund because this service was not cheap. Ginger has taken care of my nails for 3.5 years ever since I moved to Clearwater. I drive 1 hour each way to see her because she keeps my nails healthy. We are moving out of the state and I so wish I could bring her with me. I trust no one with my nails but her. She has also taken care my husband, mom and friends. She’s the best and the love for her craft shows.
Sofia is amazing! I showed her exactly what I wanted and she knocked it out of the park!!
Such a comforting and calm environment! Super clean and extremely nice staff! Sophia was amazing !! She was so kind and caring. Can’t wait to come back!
