I was greeted promptly, and seen promptly. The intake staff was efficient. Eric did the initial assessment, then took an x-ray. Alex, the P.A. did the examination. Alex was friendly, courteous, respectful, and professional at all times. Her diagnosis and follow-up treatment plan were explained in terms I could understand. Very clear. Great "bedside manner." Thank you both!

The night before I had pain in my ear and throat. The next morning I woke up worse with An immense body ache. Not my first time visiting the MiniER and went to the Solv app to schedule an appointment the very same day. I approached the check in and was greeted nicely by the front desk. Staff is always friendly and caring so I know as soon as I was seen they had talked to me about my last visit and how I recovered from that and immediately gave me a diagnosis within 15 minutes and it was strep throat.
