I recently moved to East Orlando and I did not have a doctor. I found myself very ill I went to the mini ER I was immediately helped the front desk was amazing. They were extremely caring and I got into see the doctor within 10 minutes. The doctor was excellent she took very good care of me and after a week I was still not feeling better I called their office and they took care of me again. I came it with chest pain and they did not do blood work. When i talked to my regular health care provider, she said this is like coming in bleeding and they don't give you a band-aid. Incompetent.
Their treatment for toddlers is horrible. They treat them as if they were adults. Parents of babies and todlers BEWARE!. My daughter was so terrified and cried so much that she hasn't been able to sleep for a week because of nightmares. I'm am really upset as a parent.
