I hate going here. they always mess up either appointments or prescriptions. today I was supposed to be seen in the Middletown office. I switched there to be closer to home. but they made my appointment for their dover office without telling me. apparently the Middletown office is closed on Tuesdays. so I missed my appointment. most of us that are working need to schedule a day off of work to go to appointments.
Mind and Body Consortium needs to improve their business office. The people in charge of billing are rude and don't know how to do their jobs. When there is a problem they blame each other and never actually work to solve the problem.
Never return calls or tell you the right information. Wont fill a prescription when it runs out even when the patient needs it. Cant get a medication provider changed and keep getting the run around. Seems like they dont want to do theyre jobs. Ive been waiting on a call for a week about my daughter medicine and Ive left messages that like always go unanswered. Obviously the person is on the medication for a reason how about fill it since a mental health patient should not be without medication
Doctors can’t be bothered to have prescriptions sent to the pharmacy correctly. A month later, multiple calls, and voice mails, and my husband still hasn’t been able to get the medication he needs. Thanks for the great waste of time and the added aggravation doctor Millie and mind and body consortium.
