If you are considering this building please think twice. The rent is extremely high and every year they increase the rent by $100 to $200 per month. No rough top access. You are not allowed to use your balcony freely no bbq you can clean your balcony. Gym is so small only very few machines. Party room not accessible. The Miltonian luxury apartments is like a homey apartment building. It feels like home. The building is stunning and clean. The units are spacious and the building has everything you need and some. The management staff is on point. Very well maintained and professional service. Very highly recommended. Kevin and Melanie are excellent building management staff, professional and accomodating to make it possible to view units of interest and truly take pride in the overall management of the building and residents.
My wife and I lived at the Miltonian Apartments in Milton, ON, for three years and had a wonderful experience overall. The building is incredibly safe, clean, quiet, and very well-managed. Our 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment (approximately 1,000 sq. ft.) was beautifully laid out and a comfortable place to call home.
