I live in the Milton townhouse, administered by GEIS properties, the place is reasonable, but the customer service and surroundings are terrible. Boisterous neighborhood, dangerous and acoustic isolation doesn't work. Snow removal from common areas slow, mailboxes often with the main door left open, tons of snow on the garbage area, garbage area insufficient for the number of dwellers, kitchen furniture low end, and when broken by itself replaced for even lower quality ones.
