Spoke to saejin park (peter) for a business. He was representing the seller. First, he disclosed to me that the seller is suffering from a terminal illness. Then he went on to tell me that I should first make a decision on whether or not I want to get into this business. Totally unsolicited advice. I approached the sellers agent because I was in the market for that field of business. We had great experience with Mrs. Yu. As our agent she made herself available on short notice to show us houses, she gave us good advice and helped us close in just a little over 1 month. No complaints.
