Management is lacking severely. Don’t expect anything to be fixed in a timely manner or to ever get ahold of anyone. Building is also settling leaving walls cracked and some screen doors won’t open. Homeless constantly in the trash bins. If your phone is dead or power is out you also cannot get into the building.
Wonderful place to live - management is communicative and timely with all issues. A+ experience!
Solid place to live but the floors are REALLY thin. I frequently wake up to the sound of my upstairs neighbors walking around in the middle of the night. Can even clearly hear them opening / closing drawers which is slightly discomforting for privacy reasons.
The apartments are amazing and the NEW mgmt team they just hired is also amazing too.
