Nice Liars My husband and I looked at this site when looking for a venue. Jenifer was very unpersonal and acted like we should be greatful to have our wedding there. She acted like this was the only site we would look at. It was actually number 12 on our stop. With 15 more to go we kept looking. It was very nice inside and I heard great things about the food, but she messed it up for me. After showing us the cheap looking linens were extra, she then showed us the bridal room. Mill At Spring Lake Heights: Jennifer is lacking! I booked my wedding at the Mill over a year ago. In the past year I have come to regret this decision. Jennifer has been horrific. She never remembers who I am and I have to tell her my wedding date and wait for her to pull me up on her computer before she can speak to me. She rarely answers her phone and takes forever to get back to you. We have had conversations in which I request certain things and she tells me it's not a problem. The Mill Under new ownership so it only holds banquets. Actually a great place to have a wedding because it sits right on a lake and has a great view and atmosphere

We were assured that all has been corrected. We should have went with our first instincts. Service was very impersonal, and food was terrible.. We were told that the chicken dish was one of their signature dilshes. Five of us ordered it. We all sent it back, it was so tough. We then ordered pork as a replacement, and it was served raw in... read more

My wedding is coming up early this fall and the reason why I booked The Mill was because of the service and attention to detail I received from Jennifer. She was amazing and even gave us her cell phone number in case we needed her off hours. If I left a message for her, we never waited more than 10 minutes before we got our returned call.
