The Mills is a beautiful historical building sitting by the waters of Saugerties. The building is immaculately maintained and the management and owners of The Mills are friendly and compassionate towards the tenants of the building. The tenants of The Mills are amazing people with a diversity of gifts and talents and have formed a beautiful little community at The Mills. The Mills is a place where seniors can live, enjoy, and care for one another at this beautiful place.
I was looking for an over fifty five place in Saugerties and found it here at the Mill. Interesting people with accomplished lives live here.
Love, love, love this place. What a beautiful, clean well kept building. It's so amazing that the owner saved this historic property. Safe place to live.
I so enjoy living here @ the Mill. Since moving in I have received nothing but compassion, understanding, caring help from the management, office manager & superintendent. The woman in the office treats me like family & goes way beyond her duties to help me anyway possible. She is sweet, kind n respectable to everyone she meets. I have meet alot of lovely people living here that I now call friends. I hope to have the Mill that I call home my last resting place
Extremely filthy . Black mold growing through painted over patches. Obvious missing ceiling panels in main exit in back with unknown fluids leaking into hallway with puddles. Management and owners are extremely hateful and Ignorant take advantage of people with disabilities. Allow tenants to bully one another. Violate your privacy and HIPPA laws.
