This is not a safe place to live. You pay over $100/month for parking and cars frequently get broken into, and the office does nothing. It even took 6 days after they were notified to sweep up the broken glass littering the garage. You would think that would be high priority so other residents don't realize how unsafe the garage is.
Please don’t live here if you want to enjoy your life. They are severely overpriced for what you get in return. the security is nonexistent here with the doors constantly open. There are still trying to gouge money from me and I have been moved out for over a year, absolute joke of a management company.
Lived here for two years. Pros: * Management and maintenance are proactive and responsive. They're also genuinely nice people. * Excellent heat insulation that will save $$ in the winter. Cons: * Construction Quality: The apartments are poorly built; therefore they frequently require repairs. Over my two years, I've submitted more than two dozen maintenance requests. If you're thinking about living here, don't. This place is awful, I will list my reasons for such a strong opinion below: • The main door to enter the building on Colfax has been broken for about 3 months at this point, in order to open it you have to time it just right. • The directory/call function at that same entrance has been broken for at least 9 months and probably longer. • The dog poop trashes usually devolve into a pile next to the trash can because the staff never empty them, it is a truly awful smell you have no ... read more
The apartments are nice and the front staff are as well. Maintenance request take a very long time to be fulfilled, however. Followed up twice and still waiting for over a month now
