I logged into a Dayton, OH real estate site by creating an account that said my phone number would only be used as a password, Immediately I received a text saying someone would call later. Mike was truly a pleasure to work with in purchasing our home! He was enthusiastic and worked hard to help us find exactly what we were looking for. He was patient with our myriad phone calls, texts and emails throughout the buying process, and seemed to be available at any hour with a quick response to any questions that we had. Mike went above and beyond to help us get our home sold. He understood our situation and was quick to react; he was very proactive in getting our home out on the market, and we had multiple realtors come through with different clients. He assisted in get the home some touch ups that were needed and was realistic and honest about our chances. Our home was on the market on and off for over 4 years. Mike got it sold with in 3 months.
