I just called to get an annual check and discuss some menopause symptoms and was told that this office no longer does annual exams? Is this what UPMC is turning into? I have gone to this provider for a number of years and now have to switch?
HORRIBLE! i called needing an appointment for an extremely urgent matter and they told me they could get me in at the end of september.. what a joke... I work in a dr office... its called squeezing you in or r/s someone else.. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.
The staff (nurses) are very rude.
