Great customer service its a shame that they got bought out
Andy, the branch manager, is super helpful!
Go local, go to Andy Apgear, manager of the Powell location is the kindest most personable banker I've ever met in 44 years of life! No judgement from him, only answers! He was explaining how Ohio has helped them develop a program that offers 7% (up to 5 years) on your money while preparing to move on the purchase of your new home! He also specializes in credit card dept consolidation which more than 50% of America has, had, or will have at some point in life.
Ask for Andy Apgear, he is very helpful - highly recommend!
