Brad and team were terrific in working with on the sale of our San Diego home. When things were not moving at the pace we expected Brad suggested we pivot and took it upon himself to update the decor by having the interiors painted and new carpet installed without any additional out of pocket expenses on our part by simply increasing the commissions to cover the expenses. Brad was the senior agent in helping us to sell our house in La Mesa this fall. He was unfailingly enthusiastic and supportive, as well as knowledgeable. He had a clear strategy for pricing.
