The first line of their mission statement starts off as the biggest lie, it all goes downhill from there! They don't give a rat's behind about their tenants or properties. At all. Pretty close to being slumlords. Hire better management staff that knows what they are doing.
Horrible management here in Corpus Christi tx south pointe apartments the management is very unfriendly I had considered moving there but the maintenance people do not even have a golf cart it’s 100 degrees with high humidity and the carry equipment very far I walked in the office and no one would talk or acknowledge me
My son is in one of their student housing complexes. His group of four room-mates are each charged $5 a month "utilities processing fees" in addition to the auto-paid monthly utility bill. So their household is paying Michaels $240 a year in "processing fees" just to pay their utility bill! This is a scam. It should be illegal.
I live in Laurel Hill Senior Apartments, Port Royal, SC and love my apartment and location. Our manager, Greg Brinker has gone above and beyond since a bolt of lightening took out our elevator earlier this month (July). He continues to communicate with the residents giving updates on the status of the elevator repairs and if you feel you've missed something, just ask him if there's anything new about the repairs on the elevator and he will let you know.
