I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Michaels Organization and the student housing experience at my college. Michaels partners with my college to provide student housing, and I find it extremely concerning that students can be expected to live for an entire academic year with a non-functional shower drain that repeatedly caused our bathroom to flood and water to leak onto the carpet outside the bathroom. Lived in their new banyan residence hall at Lynn University. Awfully built, things were missing, told multiple times to fix things, cheap quality and greedy for your money! They were quick to capitalize on anything off in their apartments, charging an absurd amount of money for some paint off the walls at an already quite expensive place to stay. A scam, their workers constantly treating college students as if they aren’t adults. Stay away from this company with a 10 foot pole!
I love where I live. The people are so good to you. They had to get together for the residence provided food drinks, and games. This is the first time I’ve ever seen this done. Thank you Steve for all the hard work you do that’s greatly appreciated. Kim Deatherage
