They build beautifully designed homes in nice neighborhoods . However buyers beware , poor quality due to use of inexperienced sub contractors . I could list defects in my home and neighbors homes . For now my biggest complaint is having to pay for a new roof after 10 years because of incorrect installation of ridge vent leading to leaks in home from inadequate ventilation . Roofer also found other defects in original roof installation . I know of 3 other homes in my development who had similar leak problems and of 2 people ... read more
My experience with the Michaels Group was amazingly positive and stress free. Every team member I met was professional and courteous, yet warm and caring as we worked together on the planning, designing and construction of my house. They kept me continually informed of the progress, and when, in December, I was given a walk through date of June 10, they kept their word! I am so thrilled with the results. The Michaels Group didn't build me a house. They built me a home....MY home!
