This is the second home we've sold using Michael Kent's Re/Max team. His weekly updates, keeping us informed of market changes, showings, adjustments, ideas and his deep knowledge of the real estate market in the Phoenix area is second to none. He's got great instincts, does his homework and his team, including Cosette go out of their way to assist the sellers. We are thankful and grateful to have used Michael once again!!
Michael Kent had followed up on our expired listing . After weeks of trying to find out some tax concerns he again did a follow up as promised. At this point he said he would get the property sold . My husband and I had alot of confidence in him . We can say the house has closed escrow!!!!!
