Tried to buy a house as a cash buyer. Was told they’d only sell it if I was living in it and financed through them. When asked why they wouldn’t take a cash buyer, I got blocked. Scam?
if I could give this company 0 stars I WOULD. our landlord was absolutely terrible. we had people come into our house for a routine smoke alarm check while we were sleeping with our children and told the landlord and she said “ I’ll send flowers. (Never was told they were coming) They took OVER half our deposit to repaint the entire house for new renters but claimed it was because when we patched the holes in the walls we used a different paint color ( I messaged the landlord and she said we can use what’s in garage” then al... read more
Mary Earls made our experience with getting a new home a wonderful experience. I must say she went over and beyond to help us, her polite demeanor and professional attitude set us at ease. I would recommend Mary Earls to anyone who is interested or looking for a new rental home. Thank you Ms. Mary for everything you did for my son and myself. Side Note: She deserves a huge raise I've never met someone like her she is in the right profession because she is a people person.
0 starts if I could. Greedy people. They will find any excuse not to give deposits back. Even after you show them prove they completely ignore it. Anyone renting or thinking about renting their properties be careful and make sure to take pictures of everything because if not they will hold it against you and they will not give deposit back.
We invested 15k with an agent from this company name Tracy wright and purchased a home back in March of 2022. For a quick flip and fix and never heard anything about never got out money back . Lied to us and said the house was being rented out until client fix there credit. I asked where is the money being payed monthly by the client ... Was told it's being used to pay taxes ....
