First time customer. Stopped in Wednesday to see about trading in a handgun and ordering a CZ-P09 in OD green. The staff was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I received a fair trade in price and ordered the P09. I got the call on Friday that the gun was in and picked it up on Saturday. Dave was extremely patient as I looked at the other CZ's in stock. I just bought a little Glock G42 here, and the staff were absolutely amazing. so very knowledgable, skilled, and friendly. This was, without a doubt, my best gun-shopping experience *ever*!! A huge thank you to the staff for helpin an old guy figure out what he needed, and setting up my new pistola in a way that made it "mine." Can't wait to bring my wife in to pick up a new pistol!
The Miami Armory staff is one of the best. My wife and I drove from Lancaster Ohio to pick up my Colt 1911 model 80 it was worth the drive. Will definitely be going back when I’m in the market for a new pistol. Thanks for everything
