I paid $3,500 for a redetermination hearing because my friends bond was denied during an ICE hold. I guess anyone who is actually familiar with this process would know that hiring an attorney is basically useless. The judge barely even glanced at the documentation we provided that was all her assets and support on why she should stay and when the judge asked if there were any accidents with the arrest Mr. Meza said he was unsure but he didnt think so…you would think a lawyer that you pay a lot of money to would know or at le... read more
