I've been living here since the fall of 2022. I am giving 5 stars because of the outstanding staff here. The maintenance staff is amazing. The current maintenance supervisor is especially fantastic. He is kind, super helpful, timely, and handles our requests with care. Joe and Nichole in the front office are also great. We used to have a big problem with packages being lost or stolen. Now, they take extra time and effort to help sort everyone's packages when deliveries are incorrect or confusing to avoid this.
My 5 star rating is for the super, Ray. He really goes above and beyond here. He responds quickly and I always see him around doing work. Always keeping busy. Really appreciate Ray and all that he does.
