I've been a resident at building 3 for 2 years, and the super transition to our new super, Raymond, and his team has been fantastic. They are incredibly proactive with preventative maintenance - I've notice common areas are cleaner and repairs are handled much faster than before. Raymond is professional, easy to reach by text or email, and always explains exactly what needs to be done. It's clear they take real pride in the building. Highly Recommend their services!

We have lived here for 6 months now and have loved every minute! The complex has great amenities and is always quiet and clean. The dishwasher in our unit was leaking and within a day we got a brand new one. The super and team is great! Ignore all of the negative reviews!!
