I had a terrible experience dealing with this apartment complex. Be careful when planning your move-out! They claim that move-outs are blocked for November, December, and January, but what they don’t tell you is that you’ll still be charged for February rent when you leave. I had an agreed-upon payment plan to pay off February’s rent, even though I didn’t live there. They locked me out of my payment account without notice, preventing me from paying. We have lived here almost a year and absolutely have loved living here. The grounds are meticulously kept and Jenna and her team are wonderful and super quick to react to any concerns or issues that may arise. I 100% would recommend the metropolitan wynnewood if you are apartment searching.
