This a great place to live! First of all, the staff is excellent. Jenna is an incredible property manager and the maintenance staff are quick to respond and can fix anything. The property is well maintained and there is plenty to do in the area.
I’ve had such a positive experience living at Wynwood Metropolitan! The maintenance staff here is outstanding—always prompt, friendly, and efficient. Any time I’ve needed something addressed in my apartment, they’ve responded quickly and made sure the job was done right the first time. The manager, Jenna always goes above and beyond. Jenna’s approachable and professional demeanor makes a huge difference in the overall experience of living here
When checking out this location I was assisted by the sweetest most genuine lady, Jenna Bear. She was so helpful and knowledgeable and sold me on the hardwood floors and large windows. We can’t wait to come have a look around the town and shops, what a cute vibe she described the neighborhood to be. Looking forward to coming back soon!
Been here since 2012. Can’t beat the maintenance guys! They are why I stay. They are efficient and hardworking and the office too! Love our big family here at the Metropolitan Wynnewood.
