I recently moved into my apartment at The Metropolitan and have had such a great experience so far! The entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Billie, the property manager, has been incredibly helpful, responsive, and welcoming throughout everything. She truly made the transition feel easy and comfortable. The location of the complex is great. It's nice that you can use the pool of the sister property down the street. That's where the positives end. You have to pay utilities based on how many bedrooms you have, not how many people live there or your actual usage which means a single person is paying just as much as a family that has six people crammed into an apartment.
