The location of the complex is great. It's nice that you can use the pool of the sister property down the street. That's where the positives end. You have to pay utilities based on how many bedrooms you have, not how many people live there or your actual usage which means a single person is paying just as much as a family that has six people crammed into an apartment. Have lived here for over a year and we love it!
We moved from across the country which is an incredibly nerve racking process. We have found such a supportive community at this complex. It definitely feels more like a neighborhood rather than typical apartment/townhouse living. My family is super appreciative!
