Current resident and I must say this a beautiful place to live. Very safe environment, the neighbors are friendly, the grounds are well kept, the apartments are spacious and sound proof and the staff is amazing. Cheri, the community manager is really nice and tends to your needs in a timely manner. Maintenance is amazing. If not the same day they will definitely arrive the next day to fix whatever issue you have. If your looking for a quiet place to rent, I highly recommend the Tareyton.
The maintenance crew is outstanding and has been very attentive to the needs in my apartment. Their friendly attitude and quick response time is appreciated. The amenities here, specifically the pool has been wonderful. Cheri has been so kind and helpful from the moment I moved in and makes sure our community is a great place to live!

I enjoy living here . It has been one of the best living conditions & experiences.
The girl in the office Cheri is awesome. She will help you with anything that you need. They act quickly to help with things that are wrong. I’m on the first floor and have a little garden that made me very happy.
