My doctor and I attempted to schedule a consult with this office multiple times. I was required to complete paperwork and submit, which I did. Periodically I would check in to determine when a consultation could be scheduled. I did this for 18 months. My doctor and I were told they would get back to us. I doubt the doctor is aware how bad follow up is and the fact that he is losing patients because they can’t get an appointment.
I had the misfortune of nearly dying earlier this year due to a rare confluence of several conditions including EDS and brainstem compression. I had the great fortune of being hospitalized just 20 min from one of the only doctors on the planet who could help me, Dr. Henderson. But he refused. I was involved in a MVA in Oregon and all of the doctors kept telling me I was fine or just had a healing concussion. I went to a very knowledgeable chiropractor who has made EDS and related injuries his passion. He sent me for testing that no other doctor at even the best hospitals suggested. It turned out that I had EDS and had sustained injuries so severe that it required me to travel to DC to see Drs Henderson and Rosenbaum.
