I have lived in this apartment for 16 years and the maintenance was always excellent until this past year when it went totally downhill. The new Maintenance Supervisor who is very angry because he is all by himself now has screwed up every single job he has done in my apartment and big ones. I needed a new washer dryer and it was dropped outside but was told it came in damaged. Moved in with my now husband greatest move ever
I'm having to relocate for work after staying here for 3 years. I move around and travel a lot, this has been one of the best apartment experiences I've ever had. Maintenance is good, neighbors are quite, community is safe, never once had a doorstep package stolen or damaged. My apartment was literally struck by lightning and almost everything plugged into an outlet was fried and broken, they replaced my fridge and microwave and other things within hours. I'm going to miss this place.
