We've been here for four months now, and it’s been a wonderful experience! The apartment is spacious and comfortable, and everything we need is just a stone’s throw away. It feels very safe, and the management and maintenance teams are amazing—always responsive and helpful.
I have lived here for 22 years! I lived in many, many places but MM is by far the very best place I have lived. The neighbors are friendly, helpful, supportive and fun. Melissa and Len are great. They resolve all kinds of challenges expeditiously.
I have lived here for 19 years! There must be a reason l’ve stayed. I have seen a lot of maintenance and office staff come and go. This team Melissa and Leonard are by far the best! Melissa is so helpful in every way, and Leonard, bless his heart! He is there at the drop of a hat! Always smiling and so friendly as well as efficient!Love this team
Melissa has been such a huge part of my moving into The Metropolitan. From the beginning she was so helpful. She was and is always courteous, informative and just so kind and thoughtful. Anytime I needed maintenance done, Leonard was always there to complete it the same day. The Metropolitan has by far been the best place I have lived by far all because of Melissa and Leonard. Thank you both!!
Absolutely love my apartment!! The property manager Melissa is wonderful to work with!! The maintenance manager, Leonard does exceptional work!! The apartments are beautiful and well cared for!! I wish I had known about these apartments sooner!!!
