The metropolitan east goshen is a glamorized apartment that, in reality, is cheaply maintained and constructed. As many others note, the only positive to my experience has been Ian and the rest of the maintenance team. We were charged over $700 for carpet replacement fees despite the fact that carpets are (I’m pretty sure) replaced every lease turnover. My experience as a past tenant was very pleasurable. The neighbors and staff were always nice and respectful. Maintenance is top tier! Nick assisted with my dishwasher that was not draining properly. He was very courteous, detailed, and very professional. It was up in running no time! Thanks, Nick.
The Metropolitan has been amazing! During our move in the leasing agents were so helpful, and even left a wonderful welcome basket! The facility workers are amazing, efficient, and are very quick to fix any issue you may have! They also do a wonderful job of keeping the pool and landscaping looking beautiful! I highly recommend the metropolitan!
A quiet community with great neighbors and wonderful staff. The Team always goes above and beyond making sure all issues are resolved in a timely matter and done in a professional matter. Clean amenities, plenty of parking and conveniently located desirable location.
