It’s Quiet, neighbors are respectful and I am renewing my One year lease.
DO NOT STAY HERE. These apartments have tons of water damage, I'm assuming, from the hurricane... last year. That means there is probably mold growing in the walls. There was water damage that absolutely ruined the cabinets and it enabled rodents (and roaches) to chew their way into my apartment through the softened wood. They need to update their appliances, the maintenance team takes a very long time to fix things in your apartment, and the leasing office isn’t friendly. It’s only one member that works in there that gives welcoming vibes .
The apartments in the inside need to be updated & the complex needs a better maintenance crew
