We love living here!! Management (Vanessa) is very quick to communicate and help with any situations that arise!
Best place I’ve lived. The maintenance people including David are awesome. The cleaning lady who cleans all the floors everyday is such a joy and takes pride in her work. Courtney, the leasing manager is so pleasant. Never loud parties, awesome penthouse public space with gym. Prices are right and haven’t gone up for my last two leases. Many ages live in the building and most people are very friendly. Apartment is small but has a great modern style and awesome balcony. Close to everything and I barely have to drive.
Been living here since 2020, great community, staff is kind, have always felt safe, and Maintnace is quick to fix whatever. Highly recommend living here if you want great location and friendly neighbors.
Very happy and safe place. Ive been living here for 11 years. Im very happy with linda and vanessa. And maintenance ítems get taken care of. I love seeing all of the dogs daily. Pet friendly.
I visited the location and had the pleasure of speaking with Vanessa about becoming a vendor. I currently offer housekeeping services and have looking to expand my business. Vanessa was a very knowledgeable of the location and needs of the complex. I am hoping to be considered as a vendor and I feel my services could be great addition based on our conversation.
