Been living here since 2020, great community, staff is kind, have always felt safe, and Maintnace is quick to fix whatever. Highly recommend living here if you want great location and friendly neighbors.
Very happy and safe place. Ive been living here for 11 years. Im very happy with linda and vanessa. And maintenance ítems get taken care of. I love seeing all of the dogs daily. Pet friendly.
I visited the location and had the pleasure of speaking with Vanessa about becoming a vendor. I currently offer housekeeping services and have looking to expand my business. Vanessa was a very knowledgeable of the location and needs of the complex. I am hoping to be considered as a vendor and I feel my services could be great addition based on our conversation.
I visit my friend all the time and the unit is decent along with the enclosed balcony witch is pretty cool. They have a community room with a pool table and washer and dryers in the basement for tenants. The manager seems friendly and so so the housekeeping staff along with maintenance
The staff at Metropolitan Apartments is the best! I had an issue and Vanessa the office manager worked with me and kept me up to date every step of the way until the issue was resolved in a timely manner with professionalism. Linda in housekeeping is a very consciences worker and will do everything within her power to get housekeeping issues outside of the realm of her normal duties taken care of. Also, Lavon with maintenance will go above and beyond his heavy workload to assist any resident in need.
