I have been here 18 years. I love living here. Great location for my family to visit. The staff especially Linda and Vanessa have been great. I have made a lot of friends here and utilize the 12th floor for events and get togethers.

Lovely building, amazing location. Staff was fantastic - esp loved Vanessa, Courtney and the cleaning / maintenance staff. So kind, competent, professional and responsive. There are pros and cons, it’s an old building and there are things that come along with that - paper thin walls, more frequent maintenance needs, little to no amenities, security concerns, my unit was constantly being sprayed for cockroaches even though I didn’t need it.., and spraying for roaches involved a very tedious preparation process. My Mom has lived in the building over 10 years and the front desk manager Crystal A is making her living there so great. We appreciate Crystal and all she does for my Mom and everyone that lives in the building. We are lucky to have her.

I wanted to say that Crystal Abraham has been so delightful to work with and she has been a huge draw for us to live here! Cannot express enough how warm, welcoming, and helpful she's been throughout our apartment hunt and move in.
