Well maintained building, great views from the 14th floor and higher... especially the '05 corner. If you get a unit that is facing south you have better like HEAT for a few months of each year (I was told by a pal in a '09 unit). North or East facing is what I know from living in the building... good for the soul to wake up at 4AM or so, and see the sun rising! “ please practice patience “ what a joke . Don’t live here people. This building is literally falling apart. The elevator been down for weeks, always smells like rat piss throughout the whole building, it’s stinks consistently, hot water always go out, the air conditioning or heat doesn’t work at the worst times and they send out an email telling people to “practice patience “ the audacity.
