“ please practice patience “ what a joke . Don’t live here people. This building is literally falling apart. The elevator been down for weeks, always smells like rat piss throughout the whole building, it’s stinks consistently, hot water always go out, the air conditioning or heat doesn’t work at the worst times and they send out an email telling people to “practice patience “ the audacity. AWFUL do not live here! They say it is an air conditioned building but the A/C is consistently broken when it is hot outside, and being a high rise, the indoor temperatures are higher! Also they have frequent plumbing problems causing water shutoffs and hot water issues. Also the elevators break frequently. Also parking is ridiculously expensive. Basically, this building increases the rent every year, but the quality of living in here decreases. I feel like someone should file a lawsuit if there hasn't been one here already.
I submitted an interest form and the very next day the property manager got back to me if I’m not mistaken his name was Matthew. He was knowledgeable and efficient. He was patient with me and was able to answer all my questions on the units availability and eligibility. This was a great first impression of Peabody properties. Looking forward to applying and doing a tour.
