The ease of moving in is excellent. The staff are very nice and professional. I love my apartment and am very happy that I chose the Metropolitan to call home. Highly recommend.
We moved in 6 months ago and there are large holes in our floor that they for some reason won’t fix but keep saying they will eventually. There’s essentially no maintenance request system besides some AI chat bot. If the Metropolitan group is reading this, please fix our floors.
