Visited a friend there. Very nice new modern design. I was disappointed to find many issues on the building and in the apartment. A new build should not be in this shape. It appears that construction was rushed and there are things omitted.
Poor experience. Awful staff, awful owners. Would recommend steering clear of this place. Had an emotional service animal and they chose not to renew my lease due it. The poor management is not worth the location.
If you want to feel like a second class citizen you will live here. Renters are not able to park inside the gate or use the work out facilities. Half of the back parking lot is dirt/gravel and there are nails in the parking lot from the construction. Everything is catered to the owners. For paying $1200 a month you can get something the same quality with staff that actually treats you right. Jill in the office is rude and unwelcoming.
