I stayed here during an internship I had throughout 2024 and loved it! From the very start, the manager/assistant managers Kelsey, Natasha, and Garrett were all incredibly helpful and friendly. The application process was smooth and the staff helped to make move-in day incredibly stress-free, which helped tremendously as I moved from across the country. Absolutely loved living downtown at the metro apartments! Management and maintenance is so efficient and helpful. Very spacious apartments with plenty of storage and respectful neighbors. I felt very safe living here and highly recommend!
We lived here for 2 years and absolutely loved it! The staff are so nice, and the location is unbeatable. The terrace on the 11th floor is wonderful for relaxing on, and the storage availability is great.
Definitely a hidden gem downtown, after living in other apartments in the area I can say Metro is one of the best. The location cannot be beat, as you’re close to so many things. Spacious apartments as well. The staff are amazing and it feels like I was living in a hotel sometimes. Shoutout Natasha and Kelsey! Mo also provided impeccable maintenance help. Bummed I am moving out of the city but if I return I plan to rent here!
Only good things to say about my experience living here. Everyone was professional and friendly, from move-in to move out. Apartments are updated and large, with the corner units being a particular highlight (plenty of natural light via floor to ceiling windows in main living area). Less amenities than other buildings but those the building does have are well-maintained, as are the apartments themselves if you have any issues (they are fixed quickly).
