DONT MOVE HERE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! I have been here about 8 months and this was the worst decision I have ever made in my life. Office staff is IMPOSSIBLE to contact. I honestly don't think anyone is even in the office. We pay $25.00 a month for valet trash and they come maybe twice a week. If you have packages delivered here THEY WILL GET STOLEN. This is the absolute WORST COMPLEX I've ever encountered: • They didn’t have our apartment ready when we moved in (nothing had been cleaned and repaired, they told us that the move in date was 3 days later than the date that was on the move in contract, which we signed months prior) and despite us renting a U-Haul 2 days prior, they offered absolutely nothing in reparation—only gave us the option to clean the apartment from the previous tenants OURSELVES or to extend our U-Haul rental for 3 extra days (which they would not h... read more
Apartment infested with bed bugs. Management blamed us and after the 3rd infestation still wants us to pay to terminate the lease. These are pictures of the bites. Exterminator confirmed they can come through the switch plates, walls, and plumbing.
