12년전쯤 UNT 다니면서 거주했던 아파트 입니다. 지금은 주인이 바꼇는지 모르겠지만 그 당시 아파트 주인이 한국인이었고 학업이 끝나고 돌아가는 학생들에게 보증금을 일부러 돌려주지 않는 주인이었습니다. 그리고 바퀴벌레가 심각할 정도로 많습니다. 방역자체가 이루어지지 않는 아파트 입니다. 만약 계약시 아직도 주인이 한국인 이라면 당신은 다른곳을 선택하는걸 추천 합니다.
DO NOT RENT HERE!!! Maintenance requests do not get fulfilled and the apartments are disgusting. Have had to put up with a leaking tub, water damage, electrical failures, structural damage, BUGS (ROACHES AND WASPS), and hot water has been left unfixed right before a winter storm. Workers will show up sometimes months after a maintenance requests has been made. Management seems to shift too frequently to get anything done and office staff doesn’t care. Denton Student Apartments are negligent.

Leak in the ceiling, AC and heater don't work, water keeps going out, and now we have no hot water. Put in multiple service requests and after waiting weeks no one has done jack shit.
Did not tell us what our utilities will be before we resigned and was under the impression it would be the same as our previous lease and only months later did they inform us, which goes against the Texas Property Code 🤦♀️ tldr.. basically overcharging for stuff that doesn’t even work properly and it was basically too late to find somewhere else
