The lady at the desk is rude! They put different times in the chart so when you get there they say you are late for appointment. This place is terrible!! DONT GO HERE! And don’t post in the comment that you care about the review yeah you just want people to put good reviews but I want to put the truth!! Don’t go here !!!
Received certified letter stating late or missed three appts in a month which did not happen. Had one appt 5 min late and was turned away and anither when family member got flu right before appt so late cancel. When call following week to rebook reception rude and condescending about missed appts and apparently mistakenly booked another appt that next day and the 8th of May which triggered this letter. The staff here are amazing! They truly care about their patients and take every measure to keep them comfortable, and to help the healing process of any type of wound you may be dealing with! Due to veinous stasis ulcers, I’ve come here several times to get them to heal, hands down, they are the best team to get the job done! Hats off to these ladies
