We have been living here since March, and overall, it has been a great experience. The building is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The management team is friendly and always helpful. Joseph especially deserves appreciation. He is reliable, respectful, and always responds quickly whenever we need assistance. The only issue we sometimes face is the noise from the bar downstairs, especially late at night when some people are loud after drinking. It can make it difficult to sleep occasionally. 2nd edit: I still have not received my deposit. I had over 3 calls with the property manager. They did not resolve it. I will file in the district court if you failed to return the deposit to me in 7 business days. Edits: it has been over 3 months since I left the Met. They have not successfully return the deposit to me. Had some conversations with the leasing office but the progress is very slow. I’m giving this 1-star review since the Met has not returned my deposit after I moving out. They claimed that I would receive it ... read more
This apartment is SO beautiful and the staff is so incredible! I specifically want to shoutout Dora, she was so lovely and really convinced me to move in. I genuinely have 0 complaints - if you’re moving to Rockville, check it out.
