After years of going here, they canceled my wife’s appointment and then wouldn’t work with her on finding a new date that worked with her work schedule. They attempted to schedule her out 8 months later. When I stated that we’d need to find her a new dentist they canceled my appointments as well.
I was referred to this office by a highly regarded periodontic doctor because they happen to be part of my insurance plan. I called and spoke with an Andrea numerous times between October and November to talk about getting in with them, getting established and trying to get some implant crowns done. They supposedly contacted the periodontic doctor's office to get the X-rays needed to send to my insurance for a predetermination. They never followed through and never contacted me.
