I was referred to this office by a highly regarded periodontic doctor because they happen to be part of my insurance plan. I called and spoke with an Andrea numerous times between October and November to talk about getting in with them, getting established and trying to get some implant crowns done. First time I went there had some jaw teeth removed. They left a bone sticking out of my gum. I just went back there for more work to be done May 15 2025. Filled out paperwork for new insurance seen dentist. Office send for approval to old insurance company so insurance denied. Called them supposedly they send to right insurance. August 6 2025 still have never heard from them. So they showed me who they are. Never going there again. Called made an appointment with affordable dentures. They’re just kind and HONEST. I really trust them. They always listen to my concerns and come up with an affordable solution. And they explain different options and what they recommend, what any future steps could be, etc. They’re really great.
I have a ton of anxiety surrounding the dentist and sensory issues. The dentist is literally a nightmare for me... Except thiss time. From the front desk receptionist, to the hygienist, to Dr. Messing. Every single person worked to put me at ease, took the time to reassure me, and made sure I was okay with every single thing. My initial tears were from anxiety and shame, but by the end of the visit I was crying from sheer relief and feeling care for and heard. I cannot recommend this office enough.
I leave the dentist feeling so good! They are so kind and remember personal information to make you feel welcome. The hygienists and the dentists are so personable. Best dentist I've been to! I don't feel like they are looking for problems to up charge me like I have been at other dentist offices.
