Always a great experience at the front office with Nicole and Tehya, they make the apartment complex feel more like a neighborhood with familiarity than an apartment complex where everyone is a stranger. They’re thorough, friendly, always willing to hear you and respond with care and solutions. I just renewed my lease for the fourth year at Meritage, and I couldn’t be happier! The staff is fantastic, and maintenance requests are always handled quickly. Nicole in the office is especially amazing—she consistently goes above and beyond, making every interaction personal, friendly, and genuinely caring. It’s rare to find a place where you feel this valued as a resident. Highly recommend!
Extremely Unprofessional and Unresponsive I’m very disappointed with my experience with this leasing company. After submitting my application, I never received any updates or communication from their team. They completely ghosted me — no calls, no emails, nothing. If I hadn’t followed up myself, I honestly believe they wouldn’t have said a word or given me any kind of status update.
