The location is fantastic, offering easy access to everything in South Miami Beach. We did encounter some parking issues at first, but after reading the parking signs carefully and asking the front desk staff for assistance, things were sorted out. The rooms were just okay. Unfortunately, there was some mold in small areas, and the room we were in was right next to the road, making it difficult to sleep peacefully at night due to the noise.
This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. AVOID AT ALL COST. The rooms are dirty, everything was broken, it is ungodly loud (traffic, people fighting in the courtyard, loud music at the bar downstairs), there is no front desk staff so if you need anything you have to call a remote customer service line and they take over an hour to answer and then won’t even help you. This isn’t even a cheap hotel so there is no justification for why it is so bad. DO NOT STAY.

Four stars? Who decided that?! We chose this hotel before our planned cruise because of its great location – close to the beach, restaurants, and the port. According to Google and various booking websites, it’s supposed to be a four-star hotel, but it might have been a four-star hotel 15 years ago. More like two stars, and that’s being generous.
