Elevators take forever at least 20 min to go up to the floor you need. Security is never at the desk, they are slow to respond

I have lived here for almost 5 years. Our 33rd floor lounge has a beautiful view. The people that work here are really nice . Our leasing agent Stefan is helpful and patient even when busy . Cordell our manager and Rhett our assistant manager are kind and approachable. Casey is also working behind the scenes and is awesome. Our concierges and security are professional . The “luxury” building is poorly maintained, with constant issues like dirty foul-smelling trash rooms, dirty and unreliable elevators, and peeling paint everywhere. Our air conditioner was broken for weeks and management did nothing. The worst part is the staff, who are unprofessional and condescending. They have an "us vs. tenants" mentality, use gaslighting tactics when you complain, and are completely incompetent at addressing any problems. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.
