I had a showing scheduled for today at 3pm with Florence St Hubert. She scheduled it earlier this week. So I go to the home, prepare it, turn all the lights on, etc... and she just decides to not show up or call. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend this agent.
We’ve all heard of cold calls. I got a cold text from an “agent” saying that we had spoken before and that was a lie. I am actually considering selling my house and purchasing a new home so I provided all the information to the “agent”. I proceeded to get follow up questions but it all felt like AI asking the questions (since I already provided the information it was asking me about). This is NOT how business should be conducted!!!
