Loved the unit that I stayed in. All of the 24-hour front desk staff was beyond helpful!
Hands down the epitome of your 80’s art deco experience if you sincerely want what the 80’s offered you in Miami Beach, with all the rated R and rated X amenities. Constant sulfur smell through out the building , staff members that cross pollinate with multiple guests, luke warm water if you’re lucky, constant mishandling of mail and packages. The poor pool guy who sits at front is guided in the wrong direction because his desk manager thinks it’s fun to see him make mistakes while not knowing much English. This manager’s un... read more
