I toured a few apartments today with Justin, and he was very nice and extremely professional! He answered all of my questions and was knowledgeable about the process and the area around. Units seems clean and newly renovated.
Love their grounds!💚 Also, they don’t hate and kill their trees as much as the neighborhood community
We had a great touring experience with Nick at Mercer at Lawrence Station. Even though we ultimately decided on another apartment due to the lack of elevators at Mercer, we wanted to leave a review specifically to recognize Nick. He was incredibly warm, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process. We arrived about 15 minutes late and it was already close to 5pm, yet he never rushed us and took the time to walk us through every apartment in detail. Mercer at Lawrenceville – A Home That Heals Time lived: 13 months (2024) Unit Type: 1 Bedroom with Garage (Ground Floor) I love these apartments! How I found them: I actually discovered Mercer by accident. I was touring the Artisan Apartments next door which were a huge letdown and stumbled upon Mercer. Been renting here for 3 months and so far its good. Staff are accessible when I need them. Few issues that i have are probly personal or due to my working schedule . I come home from work around midnight and finding parking spot near my building is terrible especially those few times we had a huge snow storm . Had to shovel my way in or out to park .
