I only went on a tour but wanted to leave a review since I had a positive experience. The amenities were nice, staff were personable, and neighborhood is in a great location. Someone beat me to the unit I wanted but I’d try living here based on what I saw.
We lived here for a 6 month lease and overall had a very good experience with the apartment and the management of the complex. The apartment was well maintained when we moved in and the small issues we needed fixed were handled by maintenance extremely quickly. Everyone who works in management/leasing is extremely helpful, friendly and kind and does not give you the usual nonsense that you find at a lot of apartment complexes. This is truly a great complex to consider if you are looking to live in this area!
MY WIFE AND I WERE SUPPOSED TO MOVE IN. THREE BUSINESS DAYS AFTER WE WERE SUPPOSED TO MOVE IN THEY 1. ADMIT THEY FELL BEHIND ON RENOVATIONS AND 2. FOUND A MOISTURE ISSUE IN FLOOR, DON'T HAVE OTHER HANDICAP OPTIONS ON FIRST FLOOR FOR US SO BASICALLY HALF A WEEK LEFT IN THE MONTH TO FIND A NEW APARTMENT. THEY TOLD MY WIFE THEY WOULD SEND A REFUND BY CHECK - TO WHERE?! WE DON'T HAVE A HOME NOW AND HAVE TO MOVE OUT OF CURRENT PLACE WITHIN THE WEEK. If I could give zero stars, this would be it. I have only 4 days to find a new home because this company dragged their feet and refused to answer their phones until they finally realized they made a mistake that they won’t fix. The leasing office called me a day before we expected to move in to admit they “fell behind on renovations” so the apartment wouldn’t be ready for another week.
