From February 2022 till late into 2025, My Fiancé and I spent the first, and absolute best 4.5 years of our lives at The Mercer @ Lawrence Station. My boyfriend and I had such a great experience touring this complex with Nick. We aren’t planning to move until January, but wanted to get an idea of the floor plans and community, and Nick was incredibly helpful from the moment we arrived. We had originally planned to see two apartments, but Nick went above and beyond and was able to show us three of the apartments on our list within our scheduled time slot. Been renting here for almost a year. The area is pretty convenient to food and store and it is near the mall. It has walking trails , swimming pool and basketball ,badminton court. Pet friendly place. The staff are pretty friendly . Few issues that i have noticed though . Since my building is by the dumpster and trash disposal area, there are days that i come out of my building and i can smell the garbage smell lingering in the air .
