Been renting here for almost a year. The area is pretty convenient to food and store and it is near the mall. It has walking trails , swimming pool and basketball ,badminton court. Pet friendly place. The staff are pretty friendly . Few issues that i have noticed though . Since my building is by the dumpster and trash disposal area, there are days that i come out of my building and i can smell the garbage smell lingering in the air . Rude neighbors
We had a wonderful experience at Mercer at Lawrence Station. The leasing agent who helped us yesterday was incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming. He took the time to answer all of our questions, and his communication was excellent from start to finish. He made us feel comfortable throughout the entire tour. ***UPDATE*** We have now moved out after 3 years and truly have nothing but great things to say about The Mercer. If you need housing in the Lawrence Township/Princeton Area, definitely check them out! Although it feels a bit premature to write a review on the Mercer being that we just moved in this past weekend, I feel inclined to based on how pleasant the experience has been thus far.
