A review from someone who moved across the US and has been living at the Mercer for almost 2 months. Nick was fantastic, he was patient and thorough through a multitude of questions and stress I had about moving from NV to NJ, having never been here! Nick made the transition to our new home smooth and gave me confidence. He offered suggestions for local spots and insights on what to expect for my new commute. I recently had a tour with Justin, he made us feel so welcomed! It was a pleasure and truly a great experience. Normally I have so many questions, but Justin was so efficient and answered any questions or concerns before I could even ask. He was extremely professional and you can tell he truly puts his heart in his work. While walking on our tour we saw some of the residents and they were so eager and happy to see Justin and tell them about their day. It really made us feel comfortable and at home. An honest review of someone who lived at the Mercer for more than a year. Finding a place to live that checks all your boxes can be a stressful event. Good location, safe, peaceful, clean, well maintained, friendly and respectful neighbors, and pet friendly are a few things that comes to mind when I'm thinking of the Mercer at Lawrence Station. I visited for a tour and Justin could not have been nicer or more efficient. We got a late start on our tour because of some drop-in customers but Justin was very professional and still managed to give me a tour even though I was on a time crunch. Don't know anything about living there but the tour experience was great.
Nick Durando showed me on a tour of a 1-bedroom and I was impressed with the amenities that were promised in the ad-washer/dryer, etc. I am looking to move out of my current home from Pike Run in Belle Mead and look forward to working with Nick in the future! -Rich Brown
