Just before I was scheduled to take a 200- mile trip in my car, I brought it in to Mercedes for routine service. As it turned out, they discovered a significant problem with the car that would normally require them to keep it for 2 to 3 days. After I explained my situation, Vijay left me in his office while he went to see what could be done. Service was good but charging for using credit card is bush league. Will seriously consider bringing my automobile buying and service elsewhere. They should be ashamed of themselves
