My service advisor, Edward, was very thorough, helpful and professional. The service technicians diagnosed the problems with my car and completed all necessary repairs in a professional manner.
Eddie my service advisor always delivers great customer service and a thorough explanation of the services needed, I would recommend his expertise. I got a state inspection today and the tech provided a visual and verbal recommendation of the problems which was great! As for booking the service, it is hard to schedule appointments online. I would recommend calling, hence 4 out of 5 stars.
As always my experience was fabulous. My new car is gorgeous -but more important are the people whom I worked with , for over 20 years I have worked with Peter Connelly , Mike S. Etc . They are genuine and sincere . My happiness is their happiness .They are impressive Every visit to Keeler is a pleasure . My pleasure ! Here’s to many more years . Thank you Susan Bierman
