Cordial and professional from the first phone call to the final bill. A thorough inspection, then a detailed report via phone and/or video if something needs serious attention. Work finished early or on time. The car is washed, vacuumed, and the engine compartment is spotless. Pick-up and drop-off service is flawless and time-saving . Five stars all around.

I want to say a few things about my experience at Albany NY Area Keeler Upstate Mercedes-Benz dealership. My work with Pat Dowd & Azi Parvez and their team was exceptional. I was very pleased with the service, the guidance and ultimately the product delivery. I obtained from them a 2026 Mercedes-Benz SUV GLE 450.
