Understaffed, poor customer service.
Mercantile has become popular enough and busy enough to open another more walk in focused location. I will say it can help right now to sometimes call ahead just to make sure they can skinny you in. Right now there are usually two people there cutting hair and if they get a ton of walk ins you can get caught waiting. That said I've done 3 walk ins at this location and only had to wait once.
