UPDATE 2025: THIS IS A SAD PLACE😭 Isaiah and Tyrese they are awesome! They should be running this place! The owners have neglected the property so bad that a water main broke and got the entire electric wire system wet! Now I am homeless as well as 170 other unit renters. We don't know what's going to happen they're not communicating with us about what's going to happen with us they just keep telling us that they have vendors on site. Isaiah Thomas is the best. He's honest and he genuinely cares about serving the tenants. If zero was a star this property would definitely deserve it!! The reviews are accurate excusing those who suffer from lies syndrome. I was referred by a locator who had to threaten to take this property to court. I lived at the Merc for a year+ and my experience was horrible. To top it off nobody seems to care but Isaiah. The maintenance team here is the best! Robert came by recently to help me out and did a great job. And I have to say, Noel is definitely my favorite always so helpful and kind. Couldn’t ask for a better team!
