3 years ago, Brenton quite literally help save my life. He is kind, compassionate, a listener but above all, he empowered me with the tools to lift myself up out of a hole I didn't think I was going to get out of. We've laughed together, we've cried together and while I know he is my therapist, he's also a friend. A very non judgmental, educated friend 🧡
